New Experiences

UWS is a great university to undertake new challenges and experience new things. The learning environment is great, with many different types of classes offered and a lot of practical and hands-on experiences. I have found all of the staff and other students to be very friendly, and staff are always willingly to give students extra time out of class for extra discussions. Many extra-curricular social gatherings are also offered, such as uni parties, which is great to meet new people.

Good for locals, but not international students

I think this is not a suitable course for international students. Most of them are locals and the content are very based on Australia's community, history and perspective. Difficult for new people to cope in because this is under School of Social Science. Not so appealing course, but definitely a good one for locals.

UWS

I think the Uni is ok, but it is too far away from Sydney. If you live in the CBD or anywhere around, it will take you around an hour and a half to commute. Once you get to Kingswood, you have to wait for a bus to take you to Uni, and they only have one. It is a real pain to get there if you don't have your own car. Other than that, the courses are alright
